GARIGUETTEの創作ミルフィーユ「ミルプレッセ」をイメージしたギフト菓子。
フレッシュバターを使い何層にも重ねたパイ生地は、オーブンで丁寧に焼成すると美味しさを包み込んで軽やかな食感に、表面は砂糖が黄金色に色づきます。
We developed this product through trial and error, hoping to bring the atmosphere of a storefront to as many customers as possible. Please enjoy the rich butter, freshly baked aroma, and delicate texture of the "Piepresse".

Announcement of New Product Release on August 1 (Thursday)
“Creative Butter Pie to Savor with All Five Senses” We bake and finish this gift confection right in front of the customer upon receiving their order, inspired by GARIGUETTE’s original mille-feuille called “Millepresse.” The pie crust, made by layering fresh butter multiple times, becomes delightfully light and crispy when carefully baked in the oven.
The surface turns a golden color due to the sugar.
With the hope of bringing the ambiance of our stores to as many customers as possible , we developed this “Piepresse” through trial and error.
Enjoy the rich butter, freshly baked aroma, and delicate texture!
